The following must be read out by the Director of Ceremonies prior to commencement of each meeting and Festive Board:
"Brethren/Companions etc.
Would anyone who has not signed the Attendance Register
please do so immediately, before we start the meeting. This is
important to comply with Fire Safety regulations.
In the event of an emergency, please leave in an orderly fashion,
either by the main entrance (point to it) or this door (point to it)
which leads to two further fire exit doors. All doors are clearly
marked.
Please do not stop to collect any personal belongings. If any
Brother/Companion etc. requires assistance to evacuate could
he please make himself known to me now and I will assign a
specific helper who will provide assistance as required.
The meeting point will be on the top corner of St. James Road,
opposite McDonald's".
"Brethren/Companions etc.
In the event of an emergency, please exit by any of the doors (3)
marked (point to them).
Once again, the meeting point will be on the top corner of St.
James Road, opposite McDonald's".
