Card Reader

Operating instructions for the card reader.

Starting Up
  1. Switch on iPad
  2. Enter code 170667
  3. Screen should go to iZettle log-in page
  4. If not use the Z icon
  5. Tap Log-in
  6. Tap on Matthew McCafferty
  7. Enter password: LODGEBAR1
  8. Tap Log-in
Transactions
  1. Screen then goes to product list
  2. Swipe left for more products
  3. Tap on each product
  4. If any errors > tap on the bin icon (top right corner) tap on clear and re-select products
  5. Total cost will show on list on the right-hand side
  6. Tap on CARD
  7. Screen goes to card payment
  8. Card reader will show the total cost of the transaction
  9. Release card reader from the stand via button at rear and present to the customer
  10. Customer swipes or inserts card for payment
  11. Receipts are available by email or text
  12. Replace reader on stand
End of Session
  1. Tap on hamburger menu, in top left of screen
  2. Tap on Matthew McCafferty
  3. Tap on 'Sign Out' to close
